Kirsten week rages on. Last night was dinner with TJ, Mom & K at Katz's Deli. (All carb bets are off this week.) K had to stop at American Apparel, a store I loathe (overpriced and undersized - people like me are not worthy.) I was in the changing booth with sister dear, helping assess the aesthetics of her various choices, when Auntie thrust a skirt through the curtain and told me to try it on. It fit, miraculously, and was bought for me despite my protests.

Giggle.

I think I might wear a dress to work tomorrow. Kirsten bought me a dress and is dying to see me in it. I'm not a wear-dress-to-work type person and fear mockery, but it will please the little one, so I may do it.

And thank you, my goils, for the belated birthday present. I can't wait to buy things.
